Welcome to The Future Awards Africa (“TFAA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending any TFAA event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. Event Overview

The Future Awards Africa is an annual awards ceremony celebrating young Africans shaping the continent’s future through innovation, creativity, and leadership.

2. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

  • All ticket purchases must be completed through our official website or approved partners.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Please ensure all personal details provided during checkout are accurate, as they will be used for communication and event access.

3. Ticket Delivery and Access

  • Tickets are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented at entry (printed or digital).
  • Unauthorized duplication, resale, or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

  • All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or postponement by the organizers.
  • If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
  • Name transfers may be accommodated upon written request before the event date, subject to approval.

5. Event Changes

TFAA reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format if necessary. We may also refuse admission or remove any attendee for misconduct, security, or safety reasons without refund.

6. Photography and Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. TFAA may use such media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

7. Conduct and Safety

Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward other guests, staff, and participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, branding, and event materials are the property of The Future Awards Africa and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TFAA and its partners shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during attendance, except where caused by proven negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts with jurisdiction over such matters.
