Call for Nominations

To be eligible, nominees must:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of nomination.
• Be Nigerian and a resident of the state (Abia, Kano, Rivers and Oyo) with demonstrable activity within the state.
• Have demonstrated measurable and verifiable impact within the state during the review period of March 2025 to March 2026
