Nnamdi Ibe

Nnamdi Ibe is a Nigerian entrepreneur, board director, and management consultant with over 22 years of experience building and scaling businesses.

He is the co-founder of Grace Kapital, a microfinance company with a ₦500 million loan portfolio serving over 600 small businesses and maintaining a 98% repayment rate. Since 2011, he has served on multiple company boards, providing leadership in governance, risk management, and financial oversight.

As Senior Partner at Excel and Grace Consulting, he has advised more than 380 medium and large businesses on growth and organizational development. He is also the founder of the Organized Small Business Academy, which has trained over 3,000 entrepreneurs across Nigeria and Ghana.
