Dr. Tijjani Ahmad

Dr. Tijjani Ahmad, PhD, ACA, is a highly accomplished chartered accountant, forensic investigator, and finance lecturer with more than 15 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors in Northern Nigeria.

He holds a BSc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, an MBA in Finance and Investment from Bayero University, Kano, and an MSc in Forensic Accounting from Cavendish University, culminating in a PhD in Accounting and Finance.

Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at HAFED Polytechnic and a Senior Research Fellow at the African Centre for Tax and Governance, Tijjani is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Outside academia, he is a dedicated social entrepreneur, co-founding initiatives like the Tsangaya Multipurpose Cooperative Society and the ASUF Cooperative, which actively design sustainable financing and smart agricultural models for regional small-to-medium enterprises.
