2025 Award Key Information
The Future Awards Africa Prize for Literature
This year, The Future Awards Africa Prize for Art and Literature has been split into two distinct categories.
The reason for this change is to give more focused recognition to individuals excelling in each field. Art is a broad and diverse discipline, and separating the categories ensures that both visual artists and literary figures receive the credit they deserve.
RULES AND ELIGIBILITY
The Nominee is evaluated based on the criteria listed for each category, taking into consideration, where appropriate, individual profiles, achievements in the designated time-frame and data from regulators.
The finalists will be unveiled on all TFAA social media platforms, media partner platforms as well as press releases issued through newspapers. The winners will then be selected from the list of finalists through a special jury selection based on specified criterias. The winners will be announced and their Awards will be presented on stage at the award ceremony.
