As a TFAA Young Person of the Year Nominee, I took

As a TFAA Young Person of the Year Nominee, I took over the Future Awards Africa’s IG page to share an introduction to my work and a glimpse into how my day could sometimes look like.

From learning as a Masters’ student in Global Development and joining board meetings as a Youth Advisory Board Member for the British Council’s GGC24 - to attending high-level meetings with world leaders to learn about global policies that shape a country’s development - and returning to the grassroots to break these policies down to young people in classrooms where they’ve never heard of them, it’s been so much fun sharing what I do with others.

What makes this work truly fulfilling is seeing the impact of empowering young changemakers who, in turn, can make a positive impact within their communities. Today, I’m dedicating my nomination for the ‘Young Person of the Year’ Award to each one of them. 🤍
