Adeleke Alex-Adedipe is the Managing Partner of Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe (DOA), a leading full-service commercial law firm in Nigeria.

With nearly two decades of experience, he advises on complex, high-value transactions across multiple sectors. Adeleke holds an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University and has completed executive programmes at London Business School, INSEAD, and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

He serves on the boards of Natcom Development and Investment Limited and Visatech Limited and is Treasurer of the NBA Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL). He has been consistently recognised by Lexology Index and IFLR1000 as a leading and notable practitioner.
