As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Google, she’s at the forefront of driving YouTube’s growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Adetutu’s passion for connecting people with content has led her to develop innovative strategies, forge strategic partnerships, and empower creators to thrive on the platform.
Her journey at Google began 10 years ago, where she honed her skills in sales and quickly discovered a natural aptitude for product growth. Adetutu’s strategic thinking and knack for understanding user behaviour propelled her to become Product Marketing Manager for Google’s consumer apps across Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role, she successfully drove product adoption, enhanced user experiences, and boosted user ratings.
Today, Adetutu is on a mission to inspire the continent’s vast untapped audience to embrace digital storytelling and content development. With her creative storytelling prowess and deep understanding of consumer behaviour, she’s constantly exploring new ways to engage users and help brands and creators connect on an emotional level.
Before joining Google, Adetutu led high-impact campaigns for global media agency OMD, where she successfully revitalised multi-million dollar brand portfolios. Her experience and expertise have positioned her as a leading voice in the African marketing landscape.
