Alfred Adeniyi Atiba known as The High Performance Catalyst is an organizational development professional, founder-level thinker, author, leadership trainer, facilitator, and executive coach who is passionate about helping people improve their lives, leadership, productivity, and performance.

He is the Managing Director of TDC Group, a consortium of service firms spanning capacity development, coaching,  consulting, real estate, interior design, branding, publishing, fashion, manufacturing and agriculture. He is happily married to Adeola, a creative entrepreneur and has 3 amazing children.
