Bola Lawal is the Convener and CEO of Premia Business Network (PBN), a dynamic and rapidly evolving enterprise that began as a community but has since expanded into a multifaceted business entity, with distinct divisions.

The Premia Business Network community, now encompassing over 900+ members, includes founders of successful businesses, senior management, experienced professionals, and investors, all collaborating to enhance their net worth and create meaningful impact through business and innovation.
In addition to leading the community, Bola oversees the Event Management division, offering consultancy and project management services for high-profile events, and he spearheads the PBN Solutions Limited business, a Zoho Authorised partner. Through these ventures, Bola has cultivated a robust ecosystem that bridges the gap between networking and actionable business solutions.

Bola is also the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ScholarX, a social impact EdTech company that empowers African youths by providing access to quality formal and informal education. ScholarX’s flagship product, LearnAM, is an audio-visual platform delivering digital, vocational, and personal improvement skills content in localised languages.

Driven by a passion for connecting people and fostering human capital development, Bola channels his expertise through his leadership at PBN and ScholarX. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, he gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst with global firms such as ConocoPhillips, Accenture, and Shell, where he played a key role in delivering multi-million-dollar IT systems implementation projects.

Bola’s achievements include being named a 2022 Acumen West Africa Fellow, a 2018 African Changemakers Fellow, and a Mentor at the Lagos Innovates Idea Hub Program. Recognized as one of the most influential Nigerians in Tech by YNaija in 2021, he continues to mentor and advise various startups within the tech ecosystem.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, Texas, and an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
