Cesar Augusto

Cesar Augusto Mba Abogo is an economist, writer and social entrepreneur. He is currently Secretary of State in charge of the Horizon 2020 Plan in the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Planning; and Second Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Equatorial Guinea Holding 2020, he has previously held the positions of General Director of Petroleum Economy in the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Energy; and Presidential Adviser in the same matter. Cesar Augusto Mba Abogo is a member of the Africa Regional Strategic Group of the World Economic Forum.
