Elizabeth Laiza Kalu

Elizabeth Laiza Kalu is a social entrepreneur, technology advocate, and speaker with over seven years of experience leading social impact and innovation initiatives focused on education, financial inclusion, digital access, and youth and women’s empowerment. She has worked with organizations including JPMorgan Chase, Prudential Foundation, and Wells Fargo to advance inclusive investing and equitable access to economic opportunities.

She is the Founder of the Global Talent & Leadership Institute (GTLI), where she equips leaders and professionals with skills in leadership, strategic communication, and global positioning.

Earlier in her career, she led digital access initiatives with Innovation Growth Hub (IGHub) in partnership with Meta and Google, impacting over 500,000 small businesses, and contributed to education programs at Slum2School Africa. Elizabeth has spoken at TEDx Abia, New York University, MIT, and other global platforms, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Suffolk University.
