Olumide Femi Makanjuola is a Strategist, Human rights activist and storyteller with specific interest in LGBTQI rights and conversations, movement building, and capacity development for nascent sexual health and rights activists and organisations.

His work focuses on expanding public knowledge and discourse on queer issues through new and alternative narratives, public advocacy and education. Olumide’s experience in the last years is centred around increasing resources to grassroots organisation through grantmaking and management, philanthropic advocacy and fundraising with experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment.

He is also an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Programs and the Associate fellows of the Royal Commonwealth Society, and an honoree of Queen Elizabeth II.
