Olumide Femi Makanjuola is a Strategist, Human rights activist and storyteller with a specific interest in LGBTQI rights and conversations, movement building, and capacity development for nascent sexual health and rights activists and organisations. His work focuses on expanding public knowledge and discourse on queer issues through new and alternative narratives, as well as public advocacy and education.

Over the last few years, Olumide’s experience has been centred around increasing resources for grassroots organisations through grantmaking and management, philanthropic advocacy, and fundraising, with experience working in diverse and multicultural environments. He is also an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society, and an honoree of Queen Elizabeth II.
