Oyinkansola Fawehinmi better known as Foza is a lawyer, music business executive and an active supporter of women in the Nigerian music industry. Her love for music led her to pursue a career in talent management and entertainment law, a field she found soon to be dominated by Men. She obtained a Law Degree from Babcock University. In her over 10years experience, she has gone on to work with so many private organisations and government organisations, providing mentorship and improving female representation in her field. She currently serves as an advisory member at Women in Music Nigeria, she is also an honorary member of Audio Girl Africa.

She is the founder of Zaeda Oracle which provides legal advice, management consultancy to clients both in film and music industry, providing and creating a healthy environment for talents to navigate complex challenges and excel in their different fields of creativity. She earned the award for Prize of future Lawyer in 2022 and prior to that, the award for Young Professional of the year in 2021. She released her memoir “So Far So Foza” in the year 2023.
