The Future Awards Africa (TFAA) launches school tour across secondary schools in Nigeria.
The School tour is focused on developing young individuals in leadership, career and active citizenship, began on Thursday June 8, 2017 at Supreme Education Foundation, Magodo, Lagos state, Nigeria, and will run till the end of June 2017.

“The development of youths in Nigeria is of great importance. It is the foundation of our future and more than ever, we need to be aware of this. At The Future Project, we believe in empowering youths and this school tour will be an opportunity to lend a voice to youths while proffering solutions that in the long run will play a huge role in shaping our country,” said Bukonla Adebakin, DCOO, The Future Project.

“We are excited to have our alumni share their journey to young students in ensuring value-creation and belief in themselves and in Africa,” she added.

The school tour commenced with Bolanle Olukanni, winner TFAA Prize in OAP (TV), Adebayo Okelawal winner TFAA Prize in Fashion, Bukola Bolarinwa winner TFAA Prize for Advocacy and Tosin Ajibade Winner TFAA Prize in New Media, Jeffrey Okolo and Damilola Oladipo; who were present to share insightful career advice to the students.

“It was a pleasure to be one of the selected schools to host winners of The Future Awards Africa. This is a great opportunity for our students to listen to these guys who are role models in different disciplines,” said Mr Iheanyichukwu Akwitti, Principal, Supreme Education Foundation, Magodo, Lagos. “We believe this will go a long in ensuring the development of our youths and the society as a whole in ensuring value is added. These students can emulate the winners who have been able to make something out themselves at a young age”
